Booking fees
Because scheduling an appointment requires dedicating the time of a doctor or other healthcare professional to attend to a patient who, in some cases, does not show up or cancels at the last minute, depriving other patients of being seen at that time and causing significant financial losses to the company, we have had to implement a reservation fee for all appointments, effective January 1, 2025.
The reservation fee is a minimum of € 50, which will later be deducted from the total cost if the patient decides to proceed with the treatment for which they inquired.
If the scheduled treatments involve the use of materials, the reservation fee will be 35% of the total cost of the treatment, with the remaining balance payable at the clinic on the day of the appointment.
This reservation fee is non-refundable unless the patient cancels at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment; no other exceptions will be considered.
